Shipping and Returns

1 - SHIPMENTS - Maranata-Madrid SL through her On-line Store "AlphaOmega Electronics" manages its domestic and international shipments by UPS, DHL, SEUR, TNT or Express Mail, offering an online tracking number service for each shipment.

All prices are Ex Works and do not include any applicable local taxes or local sales and excise taxes or any other surcharges unless otherwise specifically indicated.

Shipment dates are based on the Seller's best estimates. The Seller will exercise his best efforts to ship on schedule, but shall not be liable for damage or loss because of any delay in shipment. Seller reserves the right to fill order by complete or partial shipments unless otherwise agreed. The responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit rests with the carrier.

The status of orders can be checked at any time whenever having an internet connection. Simply log in to your account by clicking the "My Account" button and enter your e-mail address and password. After accessing your account, under "My Orders" you will be able to visualize a list of recent orders and the status their are under: "Pending", "Processed" or "Shipped".

2 - Delivery Terms - The delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks and in certain equipment up to 5 weeks. There are factors that may delay the delivery and are not attributable to the company Maranata-Madrid SL as for example; delay in processing from the Customs Administration, loss of goods, etc.

3 - TAXES - Purchaser agrees to bear all tax of any kind now or hereafter imposed on this contract on the manufacture, sale, lease, shipment, ownership, possession, or use of the items covered by the transaction.

4 - POLICY CHANGES - Any changes, modifications of additions to the terms conditions and/or prices of this quotation will only be applicable if confirmed in writing by Maranata-Madrid.

5 - WARRANTY - All products offered by AlphaOmega Electronics have a 1 year Warranty. The customer can enjoy a full warranty(returning products to be replaced by new ones) if the product is faulty within the first week. The returned items must be complete with correct packaging and accessories and in perfect condition. The warranty return costs will be responsibility of AlphaOmega Electronics as long as the the return is previously notified to AlphaOmega Electronics and sent back following the indications after requesting a Return Authorization Code (RMA).

6 - RETURNS - The easiest way is to contact us by email rma@alphaomega-electronics.com in order to receive a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA). AlphaOmega Electronics will indicate the RMA Code and give intructions to the customer. For any defects in workmanship and performance of the products purchased through AlphaOmega Electronics, only the manufacturer is responsible. AlphaOmega Electronics, as the selling company, offers to its customers the service of contacting the manufacturer or distributor and making the warranty effective. For use of the warranty the following are necessary: 

  • AlphaOmega Electronics purchase invoice (copy).

  • Original packaging, and other content in order to be complete and in perfect condition (manual and original certificates).

  • The return authorization code provided by AlphaOmega Electronics.

The warranty shall begin on the day of delivery and/or the day of the order's acceptance. The warranty is void if the item is used improperly such as accesories prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire, or handling abusivly by the user or by third persons not authorized by the manufacturers. 

The company reserves the right to charge a percentage between 10% and 20% in concepts of restocking fee.
