Installation of gear drives and replacement of large- size bearings, rings and couplings is easily conducted with the induction heater BALTECH HI-1670. The induction heaters BALTECH HI Series are the pledge of qualitative assembling and dismantling of bearings and gear drives.

The induction heater BALTECH HI-1670 weighing 200 kg is intended to heat large- size bearings of up to 560 kg with a minimum inner diameter 60 mm and maximum outer diameter 1020 mm. The induction heating of bearings and gears can be conducted both vertically and horizontally. If you need to heat a part of a considerable weight and large size, BALTECH will manufacture a special stationary induction heater according to your technical requirements.
